Can I request for trial lessons?
Yes, we can discuss and arrange the number of trial lessons that works best for you. Trial lessons are also payable and we will advise on the fee accordingly.
How do I make the payment?
We will send you an invoice that will entail the payment amount and modes acceptable. We generally accept payments via PayNow and Bank Transfer.
Can I re-schedule lessons?
Yes, lessons can be re-arranged. Based on the frequency per week, we will assist in arranging the initial lessons. Subsequent changes can be discussed directly with the tutor.
Will I be able to choose my preferred tutor from a list?
Yes, we will send you a list of suitable tutors based on your request. You may choose your preferred tutor(s) and we will assist with liaising with them to arrange the lessons.
Is there a fee for submitting a tutor request?
All tutor requests are free of charge and do not require payment. Once we successfully match the tutee with a tutor, the initial tuition fee will be payable to Friday Tutor directly. Details will be provided in the invoice.
Will Friday Tutor liaise with me via SMS or e-mail?
Our communication with clients is usually via WhatsApp messages and phone calls when necessary. If you prefer e-mail you may let us know and we will liaise with you via e-mail.
